It wasn't raining, but in true RiRi style, the 29-year-old totally pulled off a short, see-through pale pink sheer anorak-raincoat from her Fenty x Puma Spring 2017 collection. She complemented the look with lace-up leather PUMA ankle boots, layered necklaces and a chic top knot bun.
